About Us

My name is Nicole Jones Winston, and I am the Founder/CEO of “The Notebook”. I created “The Notebook” to provide an one-stop resource to support mental, physical and spiritual health of all members nationwide through educational workshops, peer inspiration and advocacy services. On March 19, 2021, I lost my spouse and became a single mother of five. I did many internet searches, received healthcare referrals and joined many social media groups, but always fell short of the right resource for me to help during this difficult time. My goal is to stop the search, and welcome all to a supportive virtual family. Everyone’s situation is unique but we all need similar love and open arms to keep us motivated and positive. I plan to assist with financial stability, self care, confidence, provide a confidential safe haven to vent, and physical and spiritual support.
